European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) contacted Black Matter Foundation to assist with engineering challenges they faced with the Large Hadron Collider on account of the energy stored in the magnets and beams.
June 6, 1980, the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) experienced a computer device failure that resulted in false warnings of nuclear attacks world wide. Black Matter Foundations was contacted to assist in the repair of this device.
The Scientific Intelligence Division of the CIA contacted Black Matter Foundation to privately carry out Project MLKUltra when legal sanction of the project was halted in 1973.
